The tensioning device is an Adjust-a-Body with Threaded Eye, which attaches via mounting screw to the lag eye. A Push-Lock with Threaded Eye attaches the same way to the other end. The 500 Series can be used to go up a stair and across a landing by inserting post protector tubes (order UTCS-TUBE-6 separately) in the break-over post. The tube will prvent the cable from carving a groove into your post where it exits at an angle.
